Saved scenarios are unlimited on Pro and Scale. Extraction counts successful document runs per billing period; Pro uses per-scenario limits plus a soft total cap; Scale is unlimited (fair use). Each upload uses one mortgage and one exposé slot. Counters reset when your subscription renews.

If you already have an active paid subscription, plan or billing-interval changes become available at your period end date.
