Enthalten ist eine regelbasierte Foerder-Orientierung (u. a. ausgewaehlte KfW-Routen, BAFA-Bezug sowie Landes-/Kommunalebene) mit technischen Plausibilitaets- und Konflikthinweisen sowie ein integrierter Rechner-Hub (u. a.
